Somebody On Your Team Became The Merch Person
Nobody was hired for it. It landed on whoever had a free afternoon two years ago, and it has been theirs ever since.
The New Hire Shuffle
Someone starts Monday. Your office manager is digging through a closet for a polo in the right size, finds a medium and a 3XL, and orders one shirt at a one piece price.
The Two Week Panic
The trade show is in twelve days and nobody ordered anything. Now you are paying rush fees on giveaways you did not have time to choose well, and the table looks like it was thrown together.
The Brand Drift
Three crews, three different shirt vendors, three different versions of your logo. One is stretched. One is the old color. Your most visible advertising is the part nobody is managing.
One partner, one calendar, one invoice.Your team gets their afternoon back.
Six Programs, One Point Of Contact
Each one has a schedule, documented specs, and a reorder file. Nothing gets ordered from scratch twice.
Staff Uniforms & Workwear
Polos, tees, button downs, outerwear, and headwear. Sizes and specs on file, so a reorder is a ten minute conversation instead of starting over.
Reorders on demand
New Hire Onboarding Kits
A branded shirt, drinkware, and notebook boxed and ready to hand someone on day one. Stocked ahead in the sizes you actually hire, or set up as a one-click kit your managers order for each new hire.
Kept on hand or ordered per hire
Trade Show & Event Kits
Table setup, signage, giveaways, and staff apparel, planned against your event calendar and delivered before the date rather than the morning of.
Per event
Client Gifts & Recognition
Thank you gifts, referral kits, milestone awards, and holiday gifting sourced from a full promo catalog, not just what a shirt shop can print.
Quarterly or on request
Branded Company Stores
A storefront where staff order their own gear in their own size. Orders arrive at the office in bulk, sorted and bagged by name, or ship to each person with shipping paid at checkout. Useful once you have crews or multiple locations.
Included when you need one
Safety & Hi-Vis
ANSI rated vests, hi-vis tees, and hard hat decals for crews in the field. Branded, with restocks planned on the calendar so nobody is working without one.
For trades and field crews
Your Year, Planned Instead Of Reactive
Built around your hiring cycle, your event schedule, and your busy season. Set once, reviewed quarterly. Nothing gets ordered in a panic.
Q1
Reset & Restock
- Uniform refresh for the year
- Onboarding kits restocked for hiring season
- Conference and trade show planning
- Safety and hi-vis inventory check
Q2
Event Season
- Trade show and conference kits
- Summer weight apparel for field crews
- Client appreciation round
- Community sponsorship merch
Q3
Growth & Hiring
- Onboarding kit restock ahead of fall hiring
- Reorder on whatever ran low in Q2
- Local event and sponsorship gear
- Holiday gifting decisions made early
Q4
Gifting & Close Out
- Client gifts, ordered in October not December
- Staff appreciation and year end recognition
- Outerwear for the field
- Next year planning session
Why the calendar matters: client gifts ordered in December cost more, ship late, and arrive after the holiday. Ordered in October, they land on desks when they still mean something.

What Merch Managed Looks Like For A Business
The Proof Run is one order. Merch Managed is the year. Here is what changes once it is running.
Your Job
Approve And Receive.
Ahead of each need, you get concepts and a quote. You reply yes, no, or change this. Product arrives at the office or the jobsite.
No vendor calls. No hunting for the logo file. No realizing the trade show is in twelve days. New hire starting Monday? The kit is already on the shelf.
Once the calendar is set, plan on under an hour a month for merch.
Our Job
Everything Else.
- Plan the year. Built around your hiring pace, events, and busy season.
- Source and price. Real options and real numbers, not a catalog link.
- Protect the brand. One logo file, one color spec, every crew and location matching.
- Run production. Vetted decorators, and bulk orders quality checked before they reach you.
- Plan restocks. Check ins are on the calendar, so the onboarding shelf gets refilled before it is empty.
- Deliver locally. Office or jobsite across Pinellas and Hillsborough, in person whenever possible.
How it is priced: product at a quoted price per piece, plus a flat monthly management fee based on your volume and how many locations or crews we are handling. Month to month, cancel anytime.

What Owners And Office Managers Ask First
What happens when we hire someone mid year?
You hand them a kit from the shelf. Onboarding kits are ordered ahead in the sizes you actually hire, so there are no one piece orders at one piece pricing and nobody digs through a closet. When the shelf runs low, one email restocks it.
How long does an order take?
Production is typically 7 to 10 business days from art approval on standard apparel, and a first project runs about three weeks from the first call to delivery. Rush is possible on some items. We tell you the real date up front and work backward from the date you actually need it.
We have crews and locations using different vendors. Can you consolidate that?
Yes, and it is one of the more valuable parts of the program. We clean up and lock one logo file and one color spec, then everything runs from it. Crews stop looking like they work for three different companies.
Consolidating can also improve your pricing, because volume that was split across three shops becomes one relationship.
We are a small team. Is there a minimum?
Lower than most shops will quote you. Depending on decoration method we can run as few as 12 pieces, which is why a Proof Run works for a twelve person staff order and not just a two hundred piece run.
How do staff get their own sizes without HR collecting them?
For a one time order we send a simple size collection link and handle the follow up. For ongoing programs we can open a branded company store where staff order their own gear directly, shipped to them or to the office.
Do you handle promotional products and client gifts, not just apparel?
Yes. Branded drinkware, bags, hats, tech accessories, trade show giveaways, event merch, and client and employee gifts, all managed the same way as apparel and billed on the same invoice. If it can carry your logo, we can source it.
We already have a printer we like.
If your printer quotes fast, hits dates, and keeps your specs on file so reorders are easy, keep them.
We are not a print shop. We are the department that handles the sourcing, the artwork, the sizes, the production, and the calendar, so nobody on your team is stuck in the middle of it. A Proof Run is one order to find out whether that is worth it to you.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. The Proof Run is one project with no commitment to a second. Merch Managed is month to month. If you walk away you keep the product, the artwork files, and the documented specs.
Do you deliver, or does everything ship?
We are based in Largo and deliver local bulk orders in person to the office or the jobsite whenever possible, across Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco, including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Seminole, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tampa, Brandon and Wesley Chapel. Company store orders can ship straight to staff. If something needs to be checked or fixed we handle it locally instead of shipping it back and forth.
