Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect the contact information you give us so we can reply to you and run your orders. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not helping us do that work.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Merch Envy LLC operates merchenvy.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@merchenvy.com and a person will answer.
What We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us, plus data about how the site is used.
Information you give us
- Contact and quote form submissions. Name, organization, email, phone if you provide it, and whatever you write in the message.
- Playbook downloads and email signups. Name and email address.
- Booking a call. Handled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and the time you select.
- Working with us on a project. Order details, artwork files, size lists, shipping or delivery addresses, and billing information.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Pages visited, how long, general location by region, device and browser type. We look at this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
- Cookies and advertising tools. Small files and scripts that keep the site working properly, show us traffic patterns, and help us measure and show ads. See Cookies And Advertising Tools below for details.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Any payment is handled directly through invoicing or a third party processor.
Why We Collect It
- To reply to you. If you fill out a form, we use your contact information to answer.
- To run your orders. Sizes, artwork, and delivery details are needed to produce and deliver what you ordered.
- To send what you asked for. If you request a playbook, we send it, and we may send occasional related emails afterward.
- To improve the site. Analytics tell us which pages are useful and which are not.
- To show relevant ads. Advertising tools help us show our ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to people who have visited our site, and measure whether those ads work.
We do not use your information for automated decision making that affects you.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us operate, and only as much as they need.
- MailerLite for email delivery and list management.
- Calendly for scheduling calls.
- Google for website analytics and search tools.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel, for measuring and showing ads.
- Our web host and site tools for running and securing merchenvy.com.
- Suppliers and decorators when producing your order, limited to what is needed to make and ship it, such as artwork, sizes, quantities, and a delivery address.
We may also disclose information if legally required to do so, or to protect our rights or somebody's safety.
Cookies And Advertising Tools
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google services, to understand how visitors use our website and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools may collect information such as pages visited and forms submitted.
When you submit a form, the Meta Pixel may send your email address or phone number to Meta in a scrambled (hashed) format so Meta can match the visit to an account and measure our ads. Meta does not receive the readable version from this process.
We do not sell your personal information. You can manage how ads are shown to you here:
- Facebook and Instagram: Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- Interest-based ads in general: optout.aboutads.info
- Your browser: block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Email And Unsubscribing
If you give us your email through a form or a playbook download, we may send you occasional emails related to what you asked about.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also reply and ask to be removed, or email hello@merchenvy.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about an active order, such as proofs, quotes, and delivery updates.
How Long We Keep It
- Inquiries that do not become projects: kept up to two years, then deleted.
- Client records and order files: kept as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, since reorder files are part of what we provide.
- Email subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Website visitor data for advertising: kept by Meta and Google under their own retention policies; our ad audiences use up to the last 180 days of visits.
- Business and tax records: kept as long as required by law.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your Choices
- Ask what we have. Email us and we will tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and we will remove it, subject to legal record keeping requirements.
- Unsubscribe. Any email, any time, one click.
- Opt out of ads. Use the ad settings links in Cookies And Advertising Tools above.
- Block cookies. Through your browser settings.
To make any of these requests, email hello@merchenvy.com. We do not charge for this and we do not require a specific form.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including secure connections on the website, access controls, and using established third party services rather than building our own systems.
That said, no method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information such as social security numbers or payment card numbers through the contact form.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and organizations, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
When we work with schools, we handle group and order information provided by school staff or parents. We do not collect information directly from students. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other Websites
This site links to third party services including Calendly and, in some places, supplier or partner websites. Once you follow a link off merchenvy.com, this policy no longer applies and the other site's policy governs.
Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly rather than quietly edited in.
