One Merch Partner For The Whole School
Spirit wear, team uniforms, fundraiser merch, and staff apparel, run through one contact instead of five separate print shops. Nobody has to chase down a quote in August.

Every Group Ordering From A Different Shop
Football uses one vendor. Band found another. The PTA has a guy. Nobody is comparing prices and nobody is comparing quality.
The August Scramble
School starts in three weeks and four different groups all need apparel at once. Every shop in the county is backed up, and the one who answers fastest gets the order regardless of price.
The Volunteer Trap
A parent volunteer is collecting order forms and checks in a manila envelope, sorting boxes on a cafeteria table, and chasing down the family who ordered a youth large. Next year that parent does not volunteer.
The Fundraiser That Barely Funded
You sold ninety shirts and cleared less than expected, because nobody ran the margin before the price was set. The work was real. The money was not.
One partner across every group, one invoice, one calendar.Nobody handles cash or sorts boxes.
Six Programs Across Every Group In The Building
Athletics, activities, faculty, and families. One partner, one set of brand standards, one invoice.
Spirit Wear Stores
A branded online store families order from directly and pay by card. Orders arrive at the school sorted by student. No order forms, no checks, no boxes on a cafeteria table.
Open windows per season
Team & Sideline Apparel
Warmups, sideline gear, practice tees, and coach polos. Rosters and sizes documented so next season is a conversation, not a restart.
Per sport, per season
Fundraiser Merch
Priced with the margin worked out before the design is approved, so the booster club knows exactly what clears at fifty shirts and at two hundred.
Margin mapped up front
Faculty & Staff Apparel
Staff polos, spirit Fridays, and appreciation gifts. Sizes on file, so a new hire in October takes one email.
Reorders on demand
Band, Club & Activity Gear
Band, chorus, robotics, theater, and every group that usually gets whatever is left in the budget. Same standards as athletics.
By activity calendar
Senior & Graduation
Class shirts, senior gear, and graduation keepsakes, designed in fall and delivered in spring, instead of ordered in a panic in April.
Plan fall, deliver spring
Planned On Your Year, Not The Calendar Year
Built around semesters, sports seasons, and the school calendar. Set in spring for the following year, so August is never a scramble.

- Fall sports sideline and fan gear
- First fundraiser of the year
- Senior and graduation gear designed and approved

Why the calendar matters: fall uniforms ordered in July compete with every other school in the county. Ordered in May, they arrive before tryouts and cost less, because nothing is rushed.
Map Your School YearStart With One Group. Not The Whole School.
You cannot hand the whole building to somebody you have never worked with. So start with one: a single team, one club, one staff order, or one fundraiser. We handle the strategy, art, sourcing, production, and delivery on that one project.
No setup fee. No contract. No commitment to a second project.
If it goes well, we take on the next group. Adding groups one season at a time works better than switching the whole building at once.
Start A Proof RunTwenty minute call. You leave with a recommendation whether you hire us or not.

Four Steps From First Call To A Program That Runs
Twenty minutes to start. Once the calendar is built in step three, merch stops being somebody's second job.
Discovery Call
Twenty minutes on your groups, your seasons, how ordering works now, and who currently gets stuck with it. You leave with a recommendation either way.
Proof Run
One group, one project, fully managed and delivered. No setup fee and no contract. This is where you find out how we actually work.
Launch
We build the school year calendar, lock in colors, marks, and mascot artwork, and set the ordering windows for each group.
Merch Managed
Concepts land ahead of each season. You approve, families order for themselves, and product arrives. No forms, no checks, no boxes to sort.
Merch. Managed.
What Merch Managed Looks Like For A School
The Proof Run is one group. Merch Managed is the whole year, across every group. Here is what changes once it is running.
Your Job
Approve And Receive.
Ahead of each season, you get concepts and a quote. You reply yes, no, or change this. The store opens, families order, and product arrives.
No order forms. No envelope of checks in a desk drawer. No parent volunteer sorting youth mediums on a cafeteria table at nine at night.
Coaches and group leads can come straight to us so nothing routes through one person's inbox.
Our Job
Everything Else.
- Plan the year. Built on your school calendar and sports seasons.
- Run the store. Families order and pay directly, and orders arrive sorted by student.
- Hold brand standards. One set of colors and marks across every group.
- Work the margin. Fundraiser numbers run before pricing is set.
- Handle rosters and sizes. Documented, so next season is not a restart.
- Deliver locally. Bulk orders dropped off at the school across Pinellas and Hillsborough whenever possible.
How it is priced: product at a quoted price per piece, plus a flat monthly management fee based on how many groups we are handling. Month to month, and we can work with purchase orders or booster club invoicing.

What ADs And Boosters Ask First
Do families order and pay directly?
Yes, and that is usually the biggest relief. We open a branded store for a set window. Families order their own sizes and pay by card, and nobody on staff handles cash, forms, or checks.
Orders come back to the school sorted and bagged by student or by team, or we can ship to each family instead, with shipping paid at checkout. Each item needs 12 orders by the close date to run. If one falls short, those families can switch to another item or get a full refund.
Can you work with purchase orders and booster club invoicing?
Yes. We invoice the school, the booster club, or the individual group depending on who is paying. Schools and districts can use an approved purchase order instead of paying upfront, and production starts as soon as the PO is in, so nobody has to front the money.
Tell us how your district handles it on the call and we work to that.
How does the fundraiser margin actually work?
We give you the cost per piece at several quantities before anything is designed, so you can set a retail price and see exactly what clears at fifty, a hundred, and two hundred units.
No guessing after the fact, and no discovering in week three that the margin was thinner than anyone assumed.
How do fundraiser proceeds get paid?
Families pay through the store, so nobody handles cash. Before the store opens, you get the exact amount your group earns per item in writing. Card fees are already built in, and shipping and tax are paid by the buyer, so that number is what you receive.
Proceeds are paid by check or ACH within 14 days after delivery, with a report of every item sold. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
How long does an order take?
Production is typically 7 to 10 business days on standard apparel, starting once the mockup is approved and payment or your PO is in, plus the ordering window if a store is running. Your quote confirms the in-hand date, and we build backward from the date you actually need it.
We only need one team, not the whole school.
That is the right way to start. One team, one club, or one fundraiser as a Proof Run, then add groups a season at a time as it proves out. Depending on decoration we can run as few as 12 pieces.
Every group here uses different colors and logos. Can you fix that?
Yes, and it is one of the more valuable parts of the program. We document your marks, colors, and approved variations once, then every group works from the same file. Athletics, band, and clubs stop looking like three different schools.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. The Proof Run is one project with no commitment to a second. Merch Managed is month to month. If you walk away you keep the product, the artwork files, and the documented specs.
Do you work with elementary schools, PTAs and private schools?
Yes. Public, private, and charter schools, from elementary PTAs and spirit nights to middle school clubs and high school athletics, band, and booster clubs. If your school has a logo and people who want to wear it, we can run it.
Do you deliver to the school?
Yes. We are based in Largo and serve schools across Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco, including Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Seminole, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tampa, Brandon and Wesley Chapel. Bulk orders are dropped off at the school whenever possible, and if something needs to be checked or fixed we handle it locally rather than shipping it back and forth.
Let's Map Your School Year.
Twenty minutes. We go through your groups, your seasons, and who currently gets stuck coordinating all of it. You leave with a recommendation whether you hire us or not.
